Lost and Found

 

Lost something? No need to worry. We will look after your valuables, while you make arrangements to recover them.

 
We encourage staff to confirm that service users have taken all their belongings after each and every journey – and if any items are left behind, to immediately report it to our customer support team.
 
They will then either make arrangements to hand in the items at their nearest First Choice Transport office, or arrange with the owner to hand back their property.
 
If you need to report a lost item, simply submit the form and we’ll be in touch.

    Please note:
    Items not claimed or collected within 21 days, may be disposed of.
    Also, our staff are trained to keep an eye out for suspicious items, and to report such matters to the police.
