Patient Transportation Services

Following the every increasing demand for a safe reliable transport service, and to help support our NHS, local authorities and wider community, we decided to expand our service offering to include our very own Client Transport Service. We manage a fleet of little over 10 vehicles – and our aim is to provide high-dependency (non-emergency) transport services to those that need it the most.

Our Services

• • Visits to family and friends;
• • Visits to local social events;

 
…and to just about any other location, such as trips to airports, train stations, community centres, etc.
 

FC provides door to door transport for people with mobility difficulties or disabilities.

1. We provide a safe, reliable and easy-to-use transport solution to all our vulnerable adults and children.

3. Our drivers are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and polite.

 

4. Drivers are all also Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked.

 

5. All drivers and vehicles are licensed by TFL and therefore are checked and cleared by the Criminal Records Bureau.

 

6. All of our drivers are aware of customers need for smart appearance and total discretion.

 

7. We ensure that G.P.S. tracking and Satellite Navigation Systems are fitted to all our vehicles.

 

8. Business Account facilities are available for local councils and companies.

 

9. We offer a dedicated Customer Service Manager who will be able to assist with any of your enquiries or concerns.

 
Our services also enable people of all mobilities to attend gatherings such as weddings, family occasions and funerals.
 
We also provide transport services to service-users on days out and providing transport for those with mobility needs.
 
We have both private and NHS service-users across the UK. We ensure that all journeys, no matter how complex, are thoroughly managed; taking care of patient safety, comfort and documentation. We pride ourselves on minimising any risk to the patient, their family or their escorts.
